Yea, Tormenta, El Patron's Mines and otherwise bosses are good places to find brights/special color clothes.

All in all, i've gotten about an inventory and a half of bright clothes(now, not that they are all good brights)... my favorite are Bright Green Cotton Jacket... and Magenta Sack Vest
