Is Leadership worth doing the Black Pearl Quest

A late congrats to you on receiving the leadership skill!

I do have to say it has it's pros and cons, though. It can help with recharging skills faster, but also, it can glitch your Open Fire, Full Sail, and Ramming Speed if you click on them right after they cool down.

However, leadership seems to be in a "broken" state atm, and I hope the developers don't neglect fixing it in the next update: ship custimization.

Good job though, story quests are a pain to do (the sea quests really).
