PvP "Zombie" Clothes

Sometimes, POTCO makes me wonder....

In PVP, you wear your clothes that you're pirate wears, but not enitrely... You only wear Hat - Jacket - Vest - Shoes. Your pants are the same zombie trousers, just with different colors. Why no shirt?
I would love to have the zombie outfit, and wear it in PvP. Only girls can wear it and see the whole outfit, because the "Shirt" is a corset which falls in the vest catagory. Guys can't. I would see most of it, but not the shirt. And that makes me wonder, if they were gonna add our clothes to PvP, why didn't they implement shirts?

They weren't paid to make an extra texture for the players to view.

Then they should take away the Hat, or Jacket! Don't use vest and release Peddler clothes where the girl's shirt is the vest, so the girl gets to wear the whole outfit and the guy doesn't!

I know, how the developers work on these things make me wonder...

In my e-mails, I always find a way to question their logic and sometimes get generic responses back.
