Do they still make unlimited access game cards?

I just went to CVS and then Target and couldn't find them. Then I searched for them online and it doesn't seem like anyone stocks them anymore...

All I could find that seemed like it might work was a playfish cash card that you can supposedly use on a thousand different games. Anyone have luck with those?
