Where is he? I want to try my luck and see if I can get Pirate Blade again.

He's going to be on the Padres Beach, across from the main town. The beach is the black one, made of ash... or black sand... or obsidian... or something... He's in the big Ship-like structure that many shipwrights are in.
Unfortunately, I am not so sure if you can get the quest back. Good luck anyway! |
