why don't you have a first mate button for the crew options. A first mate could then recruit for the crew he is on.That would be an awesome addition to the crew feature.

Ya, Ive been playing and thinking there should be ranks in the crew. Cap'n, first mate, and everyone else can be dead weight.

I was thinking how one might feel if they included "Computer" crew members...for a fee you could "hire" crew members - one week, 100 gold type thing.
