I have triedf to play all day but i keep getting logged out with Scoundrel Problems.

First the 6 -8 time this morning now this!!!

if your mac command shift and 4 for the cut immages and command shift 3 for the whole screen

You will want to print screen then open a paint and press paste. It then has a picture of whatever is on your screen at the time.
