I have to download POTCO... again? - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

About a month ago, I downloaded POTCO after taking a break from it for almost a year. Now, when Firefox updated, it is apparently trying to make me download POTCO again onto the browser! I tried this about 4 times already, but it isn't downloading it. I did exactly what the download instructions told me to do, but after I restart Firefox to install Panda3D, it just starts me all over again. Have any of you had to re-download POTCO recently if you use Firefox?

That is odd and no because I still use the launcher hmm if you look on this forum or google it im sure you can find the launcher installer here on another fan forum... I have had to do it

Well POTCO doesn't have the launcher anymore unless I get it from another site, like you're saying. I had the browser version for maybe over a month, and now it wants me to download it again.

Ok, well, I found the launcher. But it just has that trailer going and above it with the red circle and it says, "Connecting to the game - one moment please...". It's been doing that for about 5 minutes!!!

Odd when I installed potco a while back it didn't do that... maybe its an older version of the installer you got. who knows, and sorry that didn't help.

idk I don't think I can help you anymore. And i found an old grog blog post that Disney made and it has links to download the launcher.... and it works unless that's what you used, i suggest you get some better help than me :P

If you're Basic, you have to use the browser version. The launcher isn't letting people with Basic Access in for some reason.

As for the Firefox issue, I'm having the same problem. All I can say is try installing it on Internet Explorer or another browser.

Well I was able to log in with one of my basic accounts and it worked just fine....
