Major Announcements Coming Your Way! - Pirates of the Caribbean Online Fansite & Forums

With us dawning on our third year as a guild (and nearly our fifth as a Legacy!) the winds of change are blowing once more this summer. Here are some announcements you may or may not have heard last night:

Extra! Extra! Partners N Crime to Take the Caribbean By Storm!

Witnessing sights such as grand armadas composed of dozens of ships, blockades stretching far from island to island, hundreds of pirates partaking in massive games and competitions, and other events such as these are rare and amazing things to behold - but, even better to participate in.

Over the course of the entire summer, Partners N Crime will be hosting events that will unite pirates of all guilds to come and partake in events larger and greater in scale than ever attempted before! We will need any and every pirate to come and help out, so now's your chance to show the Caribbean what you're made of! Be a part of something bigger than yourself! All pirates welcome!

First event will be announced in Early July.

Multi-Guild Functions to Become PNC's Next Ambition

As a symbol of the unity I wish to create between the many guilds in the Caribbean, Partners N Crime over the summer will begin to reach out to fellow guilds both on these forums and across the Caribbean with opportunities to co-host joint-events for the enjoyment of all of our members! Guilds who I am interested in hosting an event with will have myself either sending a Private Message to their Guildmaster, or sending a message to an Officer/Representative/Member who will then pass it on to their Guildmaster, to have an ingame meeting scheduled.

Guilds who wish to approach me about taking part in an event may contact me as soon as possible, so we can try and organize an event. I'm hoping to open up plenty of events with various guilds over the summer - let's make this one a blast, aye?

The "Del"irious Journal Revamp

Over the next week or two, my infamous blog here on the forums will be under going some major reconstruction. Along with all of the work that I'm doing, I'm introducing a new part of it specifically aimed at all of you; The Criminal Records!

The Records will serve as a new level of interaction between a partner and his guild. Here, you will get a first look at all sorts of projects that I work on to make our guild even better, as well as voice your opinion on certain issues and topics. Really, it's another step in making sure how our guild is shaped is directly influenced by all of you!

The Records will be up-and-running sometime next week!

Guild Quest to be Rereleased

Because of recent modifications to the game, and because the opportunity of doing the Guild Quest has not reared it's head in a time, the Partners N Crime Guild Quest Fourth Installment, Wrath of the Headstone, will be temporarily taken out of game, and then be rereleased on it's original release date of July 15th. This will allow me to make necessary updates that will make it easier to run, and more enjoyable for us all.

Partner of the Week Reopening

After a long break due to our image-maker Charles Crestshot not being able to properly carry out the job due to real life situations, I am pleased to announce the old-time tradition of Partner of the Week will be opening it's first new poll tonight, Monday, June 13th.

Pirates will vote for two pirates who they believe have made a positive impact on the guild over the past week. Polls will run from Monday to Friday, and may be found on the respective thread on our guild site, with the winner finally being announced on Sunday. Nominations for pirates should be sent to me by Friday, so they could be added to next week's poll. If you need to sign up for the guild site, please check the thread in our guild subforum.

Role-playing Events to be Organized

Ever wondered what it was like to be a part of the quests that you always complete? To be apart of the stories you read, or the movies you watch? Have you wondered what it's like to REALLY be a pirate? Well, wonder no longer!

Starting this July, we will begin to host events that allow you to become the characters, and then take the story from there! There's no script, no detailed plot-line - YOU control the story this time around!

Operation 200

With our guild just 20 members shy of the great 200 mark, we as a guild will soon be launching a new recruitment campaign in which we will attempt to expand our family to new, quality pirates in the Caribbean. Accompanied by a series of Recruitment Days over the course of the summer, it's in my hopes that we will be able by the end of summer to reach the 200 mark.

Details, Recruitment Day dates, and all other important information will be released in July.

And as for that secret event that I promised to reveal last night... I won't give away much, but I do believe it's name is infamous enough to be recognized..

In the Works: The Week of 300 Wins - Double Down!

All of these events, updates, and changes, and many, many more, can be expected in the days and weeks to follow! It's in my hopes that by these movements, we can once again be the pioneers in taking guilds to a whole other level!
