What Ex said. To your problems with the browser, have you tried it with programs that are not Internet Explorer, such as Firefox or Chrome? Also, there's a setting you can choose in game to change the directx or whatever it's called so you don't have the white, I believe. Not completely certain, though. Not completely tech savvy.
