The problem is prob that there are not many 50's on test, so releasing lv 50 content on test = complaints ontest, so they lower the levels. But on live, there's a lot more 50's, so.....

Yes, they came on the May 4th update with the Queen Anne's Revenge. Tomas Blanco is on Cutthroat, and Jacques le Blanc is on Cangrejos. Both are level 35.
