Who knows it could be a hoax and yes I can agree with Jakers that it could be just a test to make the game stronger. If its the other way around, better contact your bank to lock that card number!!

Quick update:
This has made national news. Sony has not announced any info about WHO, or if they have been identified or caught. Whoever did it had free access to every single bit of personal data that had ever been entered, including, but not limited to, names, addresses, email, payment info, etc.
