I believe the cut-off time is 12m pst. Updating can happen anytime after but usually not until the morning or early afternoon.

From what I am seeing-Char is correct, MC. Didn't check all the categories, but I spot checked the daily & overall enemies and a few others.
There was a problem with the updating yesterday, but I think it was fixed as the day went on. Looks like the updating is getting later in the day.
