I agree with you Steely Jim and that is the exact reason why at times I take out the masts due to the fact the soldiers don't come out all at once plus as I said earlier someone stole my boarding rights one time but now I don't let that happen. It only takes me one time to learn with the exception of boarding too early and with me being solo I try to take out the higher level soldiers then board. Besides from all that ....it is fun to take down the masts...it helps with the cannon skills so what more can I say. Kani
