What is the red text in the map and what about those who spawn behind the islands... it looks like they will spawn in the disqualification zone or close to it from the map in the pic?

The red text says warning! That means you are approaching end of boundaries and should turn around. The original boundary is to not pass Devils however you can go a little past to it but you have to return back to battle area once there. Do your best to stay inside the boundaries, The red text is like a bonus area around devils and also a warning that you should head back.

As for spawn it doesn't matter. Once you spawn(even if outside), all you have to do is enter the battle area instead of going around the sea. Once inside the battle area, You must remain within the boundaries until you get sunk. No one will be disqualified for spawning and FYI the boundaries do go around the Home Isles enough for everyone to be inside the battle zone.
