Is POTCO educational ? I started when I was in Kindergarten, I read a 500 pg book in kindergarten after I got to lvl 10.

Page amount doesn't matter. all that matters is how hard it is to read.

Surprisingly, yes i completly understood it. And it had some high level words such as: stern

Just coincidence that you were able to read a big book after that. POTCO is in no way educational, unless you count being able to wield a virtual sword. The most educational thing is learning that the British Navy occupied many islands in the Caribbean, and that really isn't much.

While it doesn't directly teach you a lot of factual information, it is proven in some cases that using the computer can sometimes refine some areas of the brain better than others, like quickly moving the hands and fingers (typing,) reading faster, etc. But, other than that, just consider yourself gifted, mi amigo

Maybe games can inspire to learn about certain events and time periods.

I know that's true... even since I started on Assassin's Creed 2 and Brotherhood, I keep researching history...

Hey guys back off. Ok, for you and me stern isn't that big. Way back when I was in Kindergarten I didn't know how to spell stern. Much less know what it means.

I know how you feel Rogerz. I played the games Civilization and Age of Empires when I was (Private) and they helped get me interested in history, and now I am an extreme history buff. So even if a game itself is not edcational it could lead to an interest in a subject thats in the game!
