Clothing fit for a Pirate

I'm trying to start this quest http://www.disneyonlineworlds.com/in...T_FOR_A_PIRATE and it says it unlocks when you've reached level 15. My pirate is exactly at level 15 and when I go to this person, the quest still isn't available. They haven't removed it, have they?
ADD: Nevermind. Figured it out. I was talking to the wrong person ^^;

I just did that very quest so it has not been removed.

Are you unlimited access? If you aren't it is probably for unlimited access only like it was before and they are not allowing you to accept it.

If you're looking at it over Isaiah's head, that would be the problem. You actually get it from Amelia, I think. Haha
