New Sailing Skill Doesn't Work?

Well, I just mastered sailing to get my last skill point on sailing. I clicked on Leadership, and it won't learn it! Has anyone else learned this skill?

Nope they havent unlocked this skill yet. once they up the lvls on everything they will probably implement it in. Even if you have the extra skill points, you cant use them.

I thought on test it's unlocked after you complete the boss battle.

I wonder why it doesn't say that on the Open server. They should say you must complete the Boss Battle to obtain the skill.

The new skill is just a sign from POTCO that change is coming. And it better be, I am really growing tired of this.
