Vanishing Pirate
Arrr mateys!
 I just started playing pirates again about a week ago. I wanted to make a new pirate so I deleted an old one to make room. I trained my new pirate to level 7, which to me is great because I'm a noob  .. but anyways! I logged onto my account today to see that my old pirate was back and my new one was no where to be found! O_O I sent an e-mail to the POTCO support team and asked them about it so I hope they can fix it, but has this ever happend to anyone else? |

I believe this happened to you because of the recent resets. They had been having problems with some hardware and data and such. When they had to reset, they went back about a week. So everyones loot, new pirates, or such, was reversed and taken away. If you e-mail them, I'm sure they'll be glad to bring it back. Just be sure to include you pirate name, your level, and your D-name.

This happened because there was a bug in game that happened, and they had to reset the server to fix the bug so any progress made since last Monday was reset and you had to start over again. This isn't a case of a single mysterious bug, because the POTCO staff told us they had to do a reset. There is about 3-4 threads on this so pick whichever one you want....
