Well, we do get to fight him during the Invasions.. He also appears on Port Royal and Padres Del Fuego(Murky Hallow and The Catacombs), but it's just a holigram.
As for a new Island? I'm not sure.. It would be nice to drop by and say Hi to him every now and then  But i'm not sure if that will happen any time soon.. :|
