Where to level with Frigate ship?

I'm level 10 sailing and I've been destroying lvl 6-10 Bulwarks and Greyhounds off Devil's Anvil with my Frigate ship. Can anyone recommend another place I can level up at with slightly higher ships please? I can solo flag ship kingshippers but I'd rather not board them because the mobs are most often red to me and my toon is lvl 13 so I'm looking for a spot for non flagged Kingfishers or any similar difficult ships I can take out with a crew of usually no more than 2/3 others besides myself. Any tips would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Out between Tortuga and Rumrunners, there are some decent size ships. Between Cuba and Tormenta, you'll see some also. If you want to really go for it lol, you can always launch from Padres.

What I do when Im sailing alone and want to take on some bigger flag ships is this:
After I grapple them I go on a cannon and shoot the guys that keep popping up on the deck.
You have to be careful to not hit the ship too much if you can help it. When the timer gets under a minute.. then hit the board button and go on over. This tends to get rid of a lot of the crew on that ship and make boarding easier.

go to driftwood or rumrunners, there are easy lvl 15-27 out there. head with a crw though to gain the most rep

Like if you're willing to go around Padres, you also can go inbetween Tortuga and Isla Can. Theres usually some good skeleton ships there but there's a couple Man-O-War's back there.

I'm always lookin for someone to sail for me. My sails got too high and I need to work on other stuff. Best thing is to find a good crew and go hit up some big ships. U siot on teh wheel and stay out of danger while they do the cannoning and both u get reps!
