Cant do minor quest

I read on online that if i do all the minor quests for lucinda (gypsy at port royal) ill get the port royal teleportation totem so i did the first one and i couldnt do another one so i figured that was it and i had the totem i tested it teled to tortuga but i couldnt tele to port royal i then sailed to port royal and it let me click "quest" again but when i did the menue disappeared for a second then came back i tried again samthing over and over and over it wont let me do the quest.

My friend was having the glitch where she couldnt tp to port royal. I dont know if its a bug or not. When your on another island and you go to ur map. Is your teleport button green for Port royal? If so you do have the totem for it, and its a bug keepin u from porting.

could also be u are not high lvl enough

Port royal totem opens at notoriety lvl 12

It doesn't open when you do all the quests for Lucinda. I didn't do it, and I can teleport there.

You cannot get the teleportation totem just by doing minor quests for Lucinda. You need the actual teleportation quest.

he might have thought he was doing a minor quest when he was really doing tp quest
