Wow... you guys don't seem to be knowing that the last song was ripped off from the original score of Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest. The song is called "The Kraken" from PotC 2. Yes, but it was placed in the phase files. I did not add that myself, it was found in the phases. Besides, disney owns the game and the movies, so I'd figure they'd have the right to use it in the game :P
