I think you need to go further, I noticed that in cannon defense, they give rare version first, then famed ex. in wave 20-50 you get greyhound, in 52 you get bloodhound. Shadow Crow is a better version of rev and Spectral Cannon, Ram Possessed Cannon Ram are better version of haunted, so you might have to go to at least 160+(since Igor and his team reached almost 150 and they did not say they found these rams)
