Feelings towards potions

Ok, I was wondering what other people think about potions. Being:

1. I absolutely despise potions
2. I don't like potions
3. Potions are ok
4. I like potions
5. I love potions

Potions can be fun, if you have a lot of time. For people who like content in battle and story I must say I do not enjoy potions. There could be a lot more content in plaace of where potions are, and I feel though it can be fun, it is pointless for a gamer who has more games to play, and better story's to read.

i do potions some time u have to be in the mood for potions some times tho like u can make them none stop for like a few hours or u wont like them lol i say they r ok

I'll enjoy potions from time to time. But really, I only do them for busywork. If I'm bored, and I really want to do something, but don't want to go attacking things, I'll set myself down at a potions table and load up on Ghastly Visage. Otherwise, I'm with Raikel. I want more story.

More story be nice! But until then potion are a good thing. Because of potions I can solo an invasion, defeat the fleet as the sole gunner, and fight alone without a crew and survive in some of the most dangerous places in the game.

The Muertos Moon showed the true potential of potions. I took Lively Buckoo IV, speed III, Swashbuckler III, and Phantom Spirits I. I was able to survive the entire moon phase crushing all who stood against me.

I hope that future release involve potions more like the recent Ravens Cove quest did.

No secret here - I DESPISE Potions!
The reason I even work on them is to be have my pirates fully mastered.

However I do like using them once in a Muertos Moon,
so you will find me at the tables working on the ones I like to play with the most.

I love potions!!! Thank you Disney for adding these things! I mean, I will agree that brewing them can get boring, but using them is so fun! Its fun to drink some growin' grog on Abassa and have some newbs come to you and start staring in awe. xD You guys have seen me at parties, going mad with my potions. They rule!

Heh, I'm with Davy on this. I absolutely love potions, but brewing them can be quite a tedious task (especially making gems. >.>) However, potions can be very helpful. For example, if there's an enemy I need to defeat, but they're stronger than I am, I can just drink a Mystic Mixture III, Swift Foot III and Lively Bucko Brew IV. When I'm leveling my staff, I can just drink a Hardy Matey I and II to boost my rep earned. Phantom Spirits is good for both messing with people and getting past enemies. Addled Elixir and Growin' Grog are just fun. And I could go on and on...

For me, they are bittersweet. They are bitter because trying to max them takes fooorrrrrreeeeeeeeevvveeeeerrrrr, but sweet because they give you a serious edge during the Muertos Moon. Case and point:

Potions are ok, they are ok for a certain amount of time. You have to be in the mood to want to work on them like others have said.

I only have my potions mastered because of the Burnt Staff.

I hate creating/lvling potions so I choose not to....do I think the actual using them is fun? yes!

i like potions like shrinkin' grog and stuff like that but otherwise they are useless...
On the other hand, like all things, leveling is a hassle...

Potions? Hmmm.... I'll admit I love them, they are great for annoying the mess out of your friends, like fizz for example. If ya know how to do them right (easy tricks, tips, and using good tactics) you get quick easy rep as well. If you are a person that enjoys strategy, then yeah, you are gonna like potions. But is this a strategy wise type game? No. Well, besides trying to decide how you want to keep your skills set up.

I am not a huge fan of potions. They are monotonous for me, especially when I could be killing Smasho or something.
