Just saw it me self and they should have added Player friends showing up as in Unknown locations cause they fixed it a believe....

I haven't typed more than 200 characters in a chat message. I have seen people do it before when they are advertising their guild on busy servers. At least they know about this problem and they seem to be working on it.
