Luckie OClover is captain of their own pirate ship

I had this notice pop up at Midnight POTCO time

I hopped on my ship to see if maybe it was just something that was accidentally leaked on live
- not like it hasn't happened before -
It seemed to me to have a lot more skellie ships sailing around
Unfortunately I didn't get a screen of the seas
But from what I saw the waters are very thick with Phantoms
At one time I had 5 of them on my screen
