Legendary Cursed Blades
Treasure hunters and privateers have heard whispered rumors of El Patron's Legendary Cursed Blades for decades. El Patron was very proud of his blades collection. Forged from the valuable ore found in El Patron's Mines, these weapons are said to have been cursed by the villagers forced to make them.
With these blades turning up in Raven's Cove - the place of their cursed origin, there's no telling what powers will be unleashed in the Caribbean. Each blade offers its user a powerful advantage in battle. Crucial in many of El Patron's legendary battles, the Thunderspine Sword and Emerald Curse strike enemies with shocking bolts of lightning, giving their owner the advantage in a battle! Patron's favorite Behemoth Blade protects the owner from being knocked down and prevents damage from attacks while the World Eater Blade freezes all nearby enemies, helping you drain them of their health and voodoo. A fair portion of the Caribbean wouldn't have fallen under El Patron's harsh rule without the World Eater Blade. Then there's the Blade of the Abyss which releases cursed burning flames and gains power while dealing more damage to its ill-fated victims! Once you've defeated El Patron in battle, keep an eager eye out for these Legendary Blades while on Raven's Cove. You may just become a heroic legend with these blades in your weapons collection! |

Hopefully with this news post it means that they will now be somewhat less harder to find. I would still like a challenge to find them just not as hard as they were.

I agree with you, Finch!
I hope this means they will be easier to find and I won't have such horrid luck! |

I'm glad that they gave a hint where to find them.

I guess that means Tormenta is out and Ravens Cove is the only place to find them now. Interesting.

I agree, hopefully more people will be able to find them. I haven't found any either yet.

Actually, it doesn't leave tormenta out. In fact, more people have found the legendary blades on Tormenta than they have Raven's Cove. Just look on the POTCO wiki, where someone found a behemoth blade in the gold room with the four davy jones enemies.

Interesting. Thanks for posting. I have been going to Ravens Cove and have had no luck. I think I will try Tormenta for awhile.

I would be spending my time looking in the Mines, just one problem. THE GHOSTS ARE WEEEAAAAK. The Tormentans go up to much higher levels, and therefore will give me better loot. I don't bother with the mines...

I think level is not much different, weaker enemies = faster kill = more loot = more skulls = more famed. I am level 50 and have found some famed weapon in the mines. so I think they are the same.

I found a famed weapon in the mine a few days ago, and the day after that i found a famed repeater in tormenta. I sold the repeater when i found a better one in the same place. It seems pretty equal to me because my friend found world eater blade in raven's cove mines...
