Test is down once again
Just a small announcement if nobody knew that the Pirates Online Test Server/Game is down for maintenance... Hopefully this is more fixes.

I think that he's just warning us that, Hey! Test is down, don't waste time trying to load it up. I don't see that as an issue for me.
