What Forum?

So many players that i've chatted with don't know anything about the forum. I try to explain about all the information there is here. Potco should do a promotion on joining the forums'

Well, the forums are technically not associated with POTCO directly. Honestly, a very small percentage of players actually gather here. I doubt POTCO would do a promotion for this because none of the cash would go to them, and besides, I like the smaller community we have here.

As so I. I have tried to tell my friends and guildies about the forums, but POTCO's chat filter (I cant say website for crying out loud!) and the fact that I cant type websites to speedchat players is a pain... It would be nice if we could send players messages like letters or something that could get around the chat filters and dictionary filters...

The forum has a lot of information that others can learn from and shouldn't be for just a few. find myself checking the forums several times a day and enjoy reading the posts. I try to encourage others to check out the forums. They may have something worthy to talk about

I personally love how POF is at the moment. It's small enough to maintain itself, where everybody can get their voice heard, and everybody knows everybody, and yet it is big enough so that we have people from all corners of POTCO to gather here, and that the information that is spread here, spreads game-wide.

Believe it or not, POF isn't as such a force in the POTCO community as we think it is. Yes, it is very substantial, and we even have gained recognition from Disney in the past, but I guarentee if you do a server on any particular server, at any time, you would have to have pretty good luck to find just 1 person who knows about this site, let alone the people and guilds on here. (And to think my face isn't plastered everywhere in the POTCO Universe - shocking, I know )

I like the community here now as it is too but I hardly evermeet anyone on the game who knows about the forums.
Would be cool but it's fine by me for now. ;D

I went to abassa, Darkhart, a few weeks ago and asked if anybody uses the POF, and nobody knew about the Pirates online forums.
I think I saw Captain Del at darkhart today, although not 100% sure if it is him. The pirate name seems very alike, and he was also in the partners N crime guild., so I guess that counts as 1 person knowing... also asked some people to join, but got no reply..

I like how it is now, big, but not like those freakishly huge website where you don't know anyone . This site is big, but not too big, it's exactly in the middle, just where I like it.
