I don't think so. I'm pretty sure you cant redeem the code if your a basic, and even if you could, its rare, not crude.

Now, if they were to raise the level caps past 50, they must change the way in which we level. Otherwise by the time we try to get to lv 70, about 100,000 rep will probably be needed. They should probably make it so to level up, you have to do some sort of quest. Some would involve killing X amount of lv X+ enemies, some would be sinking ships, and some would be just doing a quest. This would give us quests, AND a notoriety raise. And of course with a notoriety raise, we have to have stronger enemies.
