Special Server

I created a new pirate recently, and I randomly brought up the map. It was its own server, with only Port Royal (Backwards) present.

That is a welcome world. Welcome worlds are a scaled down instance of the Pirates world that a player plays in until they launch a ship for the first time.

Thank you for that information Davy, although I figured that out for myself very easily. It was sort of interesting, seeing all these level 1-3s running around. Now that would be interesting. Create a new character, form a guild, gather all of the new players, and form a Welcome Server Kingdom. Keep at least one person at the server at all times, so you can always teleport back. If someone wants to try this, please PM me.

Actually standard players can't tp to the welcome oceans. They also don't get invasions, though I think that would be hilarious, bunch of level 1 to 4s fighting Jolly!

Interesting idea.... Wish your guild could 'buy' their own island/fortress/instanced area with in-game gold... I love the idea of starting a new pirate kingdom....

That would be fun... then we wouldnt have to worry about other guilds saying NO THIS IS MY SERVER GET OUT! I have already met 2 other guilds saying that they used this server, although they didnt tell me to get out... then I met another guy who kept persisting that he owned the server... I've considered switching to another server. But it would be good if there were servers that only a certain guild could have access to, except for special invited guests.

Also once you tp out of a cave your not in welcome worlds.
