The best place to level up if your level 27+

Yesterday I spent almost all day on POTCO trying to level my notoriety,my pirate was level 28 and im really anxious to get my staff.So what I did was I went to Outcast Isle and reapetedly gave the stumps near Dog Lockgrim a beating.I used my voodoo doll since its my strongest weapon.If you do this alot of times you'll get tons of rep.To get some more have 1 friend around and crew him.You'll get a nice bonus too.

The doll basically earns itself once you reach lvl 20, I recommend retraining your doll to max life drain and then work on other weapons using life drain if neccesary or for a final attack. However, that spot you point out is reccomended by me, they aren't very powerful and have lots of health! Keep leveling there! You don't have to use my method if you want to max doll or don't have life drain. Coincidently, that is the same area I used to get life drain!

So did I. In fact, I was so happy leveling my doll to 20 I left my other weapons in the dust. I am having a good time getting my leveling my other weapons to 17, then I will go back to outcast. And trust me, I'll be there worst nightmare.

i used outcast to master my sword. i had a friend heal me cuz i was a lvl 27 at the time.

When i was lvl 27+ I went to becketts quarry, and i used my dagger, sword, and doll. I wanted to lvl each weapon Equally, so I got 175xp and up Each Samuel boss, ( if samuel boss turns Green, then there are dragoons and mercenaries to your right )
