Try clearing your game cache.

Just follow these steps for whichever platform you are using:

Windows PC Launcher:

- Go to My Computer (or Computer, depending on your Operating System)
- Navigate to C:/Program Files/Disney/Disney Online/PiratesOnline
- Delete the Cache folder located there

Game in a Browser:

Windows XP:
- Open your Start Menu, then Click Run
- Paste the following into the Run box: %USERPROFILE%/Local Settings/Application Data/Panda3D/start/pirates
- Delete the Cache folder located there

Windows Vista or Windows 7 with Internet Explorer:
- Open your Start Menu and find the Search option
- Paste the following into the Search option: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/LocalLow/Panda3D/start/pirates
- Delete the Cache folder located there

Windows Vista or Windows 7 with Firefox:
- Open your Start Menu and find the Search option
- Paste the following into the Search option: %USERPROFILE%/AppData/Local/Panda3D/start/pirates
- Delete the Cache folder located there
