Test Release Notes - August 3rd, 2010

Removed new ship types from the Shipwrights. This feature is not ready for release and needs further development.

Give your hopes up again, guys, it looks like it's not ready for test, but it will end up being on test again, someday.

Also, if a phantom was in the new ship classes... well, what does this mean? We'll need to buy a skeleton ship for something? Now wouldn't that be neat.(for like, a spy quest!)
