It just means that you will not be allowed to play with your game set to full screen. It will always be in a window and you will always see the frame. And, most likely, some advertising.
That is unless, of course, you are already Unlimited. In that case something weird has happened and you need to contact Live Chat. EDIT: Or it could be what JM Ohara said.
