Is it more or....

I don't know if it's me or its server side. But I'm experiencing more Not Responding errors on both of my pirates.

With the Recent Updates did this cause more lag or something? I seem to be disconnected and freezing much more often.

I'm pretty sure it is on their side, wouldn't be the first time insane amounts of lag have resulted from their updates. Ever since the islands were updated, loading times have increased. As a result of that, every single update since has extended the loading time even more. I miss the days when simply teleporting to someone would take less than 10 seconds, they really need to fix this.

Thanks for posting this though, thought I was the only one for a while. I can't go a single day without encountering a "Pirates.exe has stopped responding". That and, the game randomly freezes up, especially when an invasion begins, and ends (not fighting the enemies, just the green sky appearing and disappearing).

Sven, I've froze maybe about 5 times in an hour at Dark today. 3 of those 5 were while skull chests were dropped. I double pirate and only one gets the non responding sign.

At others I get a PIrates.exe has stopped working. Maybe 10 times during 4 hours of gameplay. It takes me five minutes just to get back in game.

I've noticed what you've said Sven about the game getting longer and slower game loads. It takes forever just to load a little scene and takes maybe a minute to load other things. Shouldn't be happening.

Disney better fix this soon because I've been getting angrier at this lag. Missing 3 skull chests is horrible for me because any of those could have a relic or a useful weapon. If this starts to continue I may have to decide to quit.

EDIT: I have encountered another disconnect right before a skull dropped... again.

Well aren't we the ones asking for new updates? Give disney a break. I'm sure if you send a feedback report they will help with the lag.....

Even though it won't do any good, I feel like seeing one of their "not our fault" emails again, so I think I'll send one. If it's even replying to my question, I will share it.


edit: People do ask for updates, however that's no reason for the large increases in lag. When it takes a long time to log in, the game constantly freezes up, the game constantly quits responding.. they have to do something. And by something.. I don't mean what they have on Test now. Every enemy appears like it would on low graphics from far away, only to appear as your graphics up close.


edit2: Got my unrelated to the message reply. They thought the constant crashing, and the game not responding, I was referring to the game being down for maintenance (nice..). They simply told me to reinstall if there were any issues...
