Ejecting a stow-away
Not too long ago I had a lv5 player manage to tp onto my ship without my permission. Apparently he got close enough to click on me and do a go-to. Once on board he opened fire on anything within range, including other players. Almost got me sunk by getting the attention of several big ships. I told him several times to get off my ship but he ignored me. I reported him for obnoxious behavior. If this sort of thing happens again is there a way to kick the person off my ship? I was too busy trying to get to an island at the time to click on him and look carefully at the options.

Darn. I did maroon him on Padres. I figured if he couldn't tp to a friendly island he'd have a devil of a time getting out of there by sea.

I've had this problem too, ALOT.
I think it would be better if just like the request to join a crew, a guild or be a friend you had the choice to accept or decline someone coming to see you. But since that is not an option, I maroon them and remove them from my friends list. Doesnt help if they're in your guild but it's a solution if they're not. |

A guild matey had a jumper recently, so he decided to attack a high level flag ship and board it. Needless to say, the jumper didn't last long at all
Would be even better if Padres was your port of call, and they end up in the Padres jail

Yes, this is very annoying and I hope they add a "walk-the-plank" option in the future. But my favorite way to deal with these stow-aways by far is to attack a flagship thats higher then them, but not to high for me and board it with them. Then watch as they are cut down by the baddies aboard the flagship. Second favorite method is dropping them on cutthroat. But a guildmate told me about dropping someone at padres, which makes there "port-of call" padres, and if they do not have a tele totem, they have to fight through heck to get away from padres on there light sloop...haha

Actually just recently that same thing happened. I was boarding a ship and he didn't do anything waited until I was all done. The later got the rest of the ships to attack me at once. It was aweful. I think a system should be in place to deny Stow Aways lol

The guy wasn't on my friends list or in my guild. I guess it's a bug in the game.

I've had this happen too, but luckily it hasn't gotten me into too much trouble. However, I really like the Padres idea, and will probably have to use that in the future.

PotCO has a great sailing interface, but it can be WAY better.
Make no more crew glitch - if you switch servers you leave the crew. Anyone who teleports to your ship is automatically in your crew. Instead of crew/guild invites being rejected because that person is already in one, it should ask if you want to replace your current crew. Crews need to have names that you display under your guild name. The naming system should be the same as ships, so crews can be called what the ship is. There needs to be more advantages for the War Frigate. Sure, more cannons, but how often do you need all those cannons? I want to see more broadsides, speed, and cargo space. Most of all, there needs to be an EJECT CREW MEMBER button where we can send a stowaway back to wherever our ship launched.

I was recently told that someone cannot come to you unless they are your friend. Is that true?
And I have had this problem, also but, it has always been someone on my friends list. I learned quickly not to befriend just anyone. |

All they have to do to get on your ship is stand at the docks.. as you are about to leave they click on you.. then after a certain amt of time for you to get on your ship.. they can click "go to" and there they are.. stowaways. I firmly believe in the implementing of the "walking the plank" for such stinkers.

They can also click on you while you're out to sea. I have light sloops get right next to me as I'm sitting there hitting a ship, and then I get the message blah blah is coming to you.

I don't really care if people jump on my ship anymore... I just maroon them.
