Tonic / Healing Boost effect

I can't figure out what's causing this & what I'm doing wrong. Anyone else have this problem: about 75% of the times that I tonic, it shows the tonic being used from my inventory & the +#### whatever hp added in green above my head, BUT my HP bar remains the exact same, as if I never tonic at all. It's not lag, coz even like 30 seconds later, my hp regenerates over time, it never adds the automatic +#### to my hp. Same goes for using the Healing Boost on weapons, I use it, the green numbers on my head show up, but my hp bar remains the same as if I never used the Healing Boost skill at all.

If ur cursed by some gypsy or taunted or whatever, can u not heal ur self? That's the only thing I can think of that might not make tonics & the healing skill not work.

It just sounds like a bug to me. you should report it.

Haven't heard of this one before. Do you have more than one pirate and do all pirates on the account have this problem? If you have an open slot, create a new pirate and see if the problem persists. Back in the day, sometimes a single pirate avatar would become glitched. Make sure to send in a bug report. Good luck.

Lol I got about 20 something pirates, only 7 r over lvl 30 tho, 4 over 40 (another one about to hit 40), most r like under lvl 10, so pirates of various levels, and this happens on all pirates I play.

I get angry when I get screwed over, I tonic or use the heal boost thing while still in yellow in case game is lagging, game takes it from inventory or heal skill restarts the charging skill, green number show up everything on my head, and I still get knocked out rofl coz my hp bar never acknowledged the tonic or heal boost.

best to report this. sounds like an issue with the game on your computer, maybe. if this happens to all your pirates over various accounts that is the only explination i can come up with. have you got access to another computer to see if it still happens? regardless, report.

Since it happens with all your pirates I would think it is most likely a connection issue or you may need to reinstall the game. Either way report this and see what D says. GL

i would try reinstalling the game too if the bug report doesnt work.

This happens to me all the time too.
