Cannot load new Directory

I’m having trouble accessing the new Directory; I click on it and it gets stuck on loading.
I had no problem using the old one but for some reason the new one will not load for me.
I contacted Customer Service and they couldn’t help. They referred me to Tech Support and they couldn’t help!
There are no pop-up boxes or error messages to give me any clues as to what might be the problem.
Is anyone else experiencing this problem?? I feel it must be something in my computer settings but not sure what to look at.
My browser is Windows Internet Explorer v 8 – I am current with updates and patches.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!

Hmm... I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the game. I have had similar problems, and that worked for me.

Try downloading and installing Firefox.

Did you get it working? If not, and since your IE is up-to-date, you may need to install or update the Flash player, or set browser permissions to allow it. You can go to the Adobe Flash Player page to check your version and update if necessary. GL.

So far nothing has worked...it so frustrating. I have Firefox and my flash player is up to date as well. I will go back and double check everything just to make sure.
I really appreciate everyone's suggestions! Please keep them coming; something has to work!
