Mouse Commands Switching..

So when I play the game on my Windows 7 OS, the game randomly switches the commands from my mouse. Left-click becomes right, and right-click becomes left. First off, has anyone else had this issue on this OS or any other? If so, is there a fix? Or is it just something about Windows 7 that hasn't been discovered yet?
