I need Help
Ever since I reinstalled my windows system. I been having a problem getting into POTCO. When ever I log into the game I would get a verifying account info. Then it would crash. The Disney Tech Support Would continue telling me there records say its my graphic drivers. I already updated them reinstalled them. downgraded them and even tried a Beta Version. They say all 5 versions I have tried had the same effect the crash.
I am left with only reinstalling windows. My computer Specs. AMD 9750 Phenom 2.4ghert Quad Core. 4 Gigs of 1066 Mhz Ram. 500 Gig Hardrive running at 7200 RPM and 32MB cauch. ATI 4870HD Driver Version 10.4 Windows Vista. Drivers Versions I have Tried 10.4 4/8/10 Version, 10.4a Beta 4/16/10, 10.4 4/28/10 Version, 9.16, and 10.3. I have Also reinstalled the game 3 times 2's in compatibility mode with XP. The Development team say they are looking into it its been 13 Days and no answer. If any of you have had this type of problem or could help me fix it I would love to get any help possible. |

aye live chat.....and when I switched back to my 32 bit system...which has 4 GB ram...it wouldn't recognize but 2.5 gb total...so during SVS, I would crash..and their bug report led them to look at log which showed I only had like four hundred something mb of memory at time of crash,,,which is a major problem...I streamlined it by getting rid of large footprint antivirus...etc...but it could be a memory problem?/ they can help you on live chat tho....for sure..
![]() ps/ they told me I could enable the remapping thingy in my bios...it now recognizes all the memory...but I have winxp pro.....and thats tricky...and be sure you talk to a tech or several techs before going there....cause you may have a different prob.... |

On the login screen's "Graphics Options" button, which are you using, OpenGL, DirectX8 or DirectX9? (Sorry if that seems like a "captain obvious" question, but I don't see it mentioned above.)
