I disagree. I found that by the third movie I was done with finding them exciting.. In fact, they kind of annoyed me by that point. I love you, no you betrayed me, but now I love you again...

I find Jack and Barbossa and their witty conflicts much more entertaining. I think I would rather see some new characters and some new roles rather than have them bring back Will and Elizabeth. Plus Elizabeth has a kid now. They sort of killed any further need of a story for them with that alone. I'm satisfied with that being the end of their story. Will could probably come back, but IMO, it makes no difference whether he does or not.

Some new characters might be kind of refreshing!
