Well... not all cannons load at the same rate, that is in reality, so perhaps...... there isn't a good way for me to explain this...... except from Movie footage that highlights it for Epicness,....... In At Worlds End before the Endeavor enters battle All gun ports Open and cannons come out 2-3 at a time,.... was a very cool scene in the movie and is how a ship would ready it's guns for battle , though there are no Gunports in POTCO that open or close, a Spotter looking at 6/12 gundeck guns loaded would mean that the ships deck would almost be ready to fire and "Evasive Action" should be taken.
