First, make sure it's the newest version of Panda so you can view them. Even with the newest, sometimes it won't work. Second, go to the owner section of your computer and paste the phase files in there.(first you'll need to copy the phase files from pirates test or open(test is usually better), and then paste them in there.) Third, go to the command prompt, usually it's when you click the start in the lower left hand corner of your computer. It's just that little box where you can type things in and type cmd in there. When that's there it should say something like C:\Users\Owner. If that's up, and if it's not usually hitting \owner should work, then.... wait, first I need to tell you, if owner isn't up, whatever it says, paste the phase files there. Forth, go to the bin folder in the panda folder and copy multify, and paste that with the phase files. Then go to cmd, and type this in... multify.exe -x -f phase_2.mf But for each phase file, change the number. Fifth, once you do that with all the phase files, there should be new phase file folders where you pasted the phase files. Move these folders to the model section of the panda folder, that way when you go to view things they have color. Otherwise they'd just be white. Then, go back to the bin folder and copy pview. You'll paste these inside the phase files folders. Ex.) Go to phase 5, models, ship parts. Paste pview there, and then just drag in files to view. Not all files are viewable, but once you've looked through the files long enough you'll realize which can be viewed and which can't. I don't know if the kraken is in there but thats a step in the right direction |
