Where is the wire? (voodoo quest)
My friend is looking for the wire for Tia Dalma's voodoo totem quest. We keep getting our butts kicked. Any strategies for searching for it?

I don't remember a wire - what exactly does the quest say? (it's been a while since I completed that one, but I pretty good at remembering once I hear the details)

Is this the "Plunder Wire frome Navy Crates {or barrells}" ? if so, fort charles, on Port Royal. Most of the barrells and crates are on the lower level, but there are a few up top. It's best to go in with someone to watch your back while you search, or pick a crouded server where a lot of pirates will be in there fighting with you.

If this is the quest for the doll, then:
For the wire you search the crates only. I believe this quest also calls for straw from navy ships as well as pitch from only barrels in the fort. After this you will be sent for a list of undead as well as a list of animals. |

yeah the wire is in a barrell in the navy fort on port royal. i just got it myself.
