I don't remember the exact order of the quest, but you do have to get a ton of stuff for him. Rebuilding the ship, the masts, the sails, the cannons, the anchor, the figurehead...it goes on and on. Not to mention all the crabs the guy wants you to feed him
 I'll get some garlic butter melted for ya, and a nice lobster bib. LOL
