Invasions easier when less pirates present?

Doing my third invasion today, and when I finished it and went to a more populated server I got stuck in jail... in fact, I'm waiting for the game to load so I can kick the door down.

I still don't understand why people do them in the full servers. If it won't load for you to get out of jail why go there in the first place? I think I like playing in the ideal and quiet servers. Don't think I'll ever go back to the full servers.
