PVP fly glitch? (under investigation)

I've done that just recently. I took over a navy boat and right before someone attacked me I flew onto their ship. They yelled at me then I flew away. I couldn land but could get back up if I wanted to. Then I went and grenaded Darkheart from above. Then I just decided to go to tortuga and fly over the people to scare them. Ha ha I also had the pvp glitch on so I threw TONS of grenades and wiped people out. A crew came in so I hid far in the sky. While they were reviving people I through more grenades . FEAR ME!!!! I didnt get banned but it was fun!
