How do i make a tiny tiny pirate?

I keep seeing pirates that are real small in stature, almost like dwarf size. I have tried using the smallest frame and smallest height ... but I don't seem to be able to do it correctly.

The body figures in the tutorial were replaced recently, which has largely increased the minimum height that you can make a pirate. Therefore it is impossible to create these "dwarf" sized pirates that you're talking about anymore. Even by creating the smallest possible pirate available now, they will still be taller than the short pirates from days of ol'.

Actually I've been corrected. As of the update you cannot make Male pirates that short anymore. Female pirates can be as tall as the ol' dwarf pirates such as myself, and may possibly be shorter.
